This working farm is situated on 120 acres nestled in the confluence of the Mckenzie River and the Mohawk River. To the west is the Pacific Ocean and to the southeast is Alsea Bay. The home is conveniently located between Florence and Newport a perfect location to experience pure ocean joy!
