You are welcome to the gifts of nature and the use of kayak, canoe, fishing boat( licen.) bicycles. We are very well travelled and know exactly how nice it is to find a welcoming home away from home. Creekside tree house nestled in an interior forest

This seasonal treehouse (May-15 -Sept 30) located near the mighty Quesnel river, Shaky Knees Tree House sits 7 metres high among Western red cedar and Douglas fir trees. The spacious wrap around deck looks out on a mixed evergreen and deciduous forest with a daisy meadow at its feet. A relaxing gurgle can be heard as Youngren creek ambles down the hill beside the tree house. This very private area includes a pond with a small waterfall. Shaky Knees is an eco-friendly, unplugged experience.

Escape to Canim Lake and if you're lucky view the northern lights! Stunning views to Wells Grey park, high bank waterfront, with access to a private beach, fire pit and two kayaks. The space has an up cycled vintage vibe. Across the deck there's an outdoor kitchen, with a fridge, propane stove, air fryer & toaster. There's a composting toilet & shower. Work remotely & go for a paddle on your lunch break! Great for swimming, fishing & paddling. Well behaved dogs considered!

Opheim Lakeshore Romantic Off-grid Cabin

Disconnect to reconnect in our traditional romantic log cabin nestled in the woods on the shore of Opheim Lake. It is offgrid with no electricity or cell service, sky light windows providing natural light and a wood stove for heating. In the wilderness yet minutes from the highway, outdoor cooking on the wood fired grille, sunset and star watching await. Wildlife is abundant, and you can explore the 4 lakes chain. We are located in a safe, quiet neighbourhood. This newly renovated suite has a private entrance, a garage on request for your vehicle, and a fully fenced backyard. We've invested in the suite to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Your fully loaded kitchen comes with everything you will need, and even air fryer and BBQ. We try to keep the kitchen stocked with all the cooking supplies that we would want to have in our kitchen.

Beautiful Daylight Basement Suite

This beautiful, fully furnished daylight basement suite is in a great location. It is very close to the hospital, grocery stores, and restaurants. We love to accommodate longer-term stays for locum doctors or out-of-town workers. We do not supply shampoo/conditioner or soaps, but we have all the essential kitchen items, bedding, and towels.
