This loft is situated above a small town bustling coffee shop, also overlooking the park in the town square. The space is the perfect combination of old historic charm with a modern urban flair with plenty of natural sunlight streaming through the front windows. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the living room where there are multiple seating options. The bedroom and living room have smart TVs if you want to use your own streaming site. We are a small acreage just 15 minutes from Iowa City, 7 minutes from Solon, and 30 minutes from the Cedar Rapids airport. Our converted barn is at the back of the property, behind the house. There is a separate road leading back to the barn for super convenient parking. It’s rustic, cozy, warm and inviting.

The Milk House is a unique space located in the countryside, between Iowa City and Kalona. This 700 square foot home has ample parking and room for four adults. The house is well appointed with a full kitchen, two luxurious queen beds, wifi and a Smart TV. Guests are invited to explore our 20-acre working farm with lots of livestock and two friendly dogs. Only a 25 minute drive to the University of Iowa and 10 minutes to Williamsburg or Marengo.
