20-25 minutes from Austin. Near lakes and parks. Quiet spot in the city. Great place to stay for festivals (ACL, SXSW, etc), perfect for business people or couples- it is located in close proximity to my house but you are given complete privacy. **PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE ARE LOCATED NEAR A HIGHWAY AND YOU CAN HEAR IT FROM THE CABIN- this is not anything I can change and it’s unfortunately, a blessing and a curse. Its not super loud or anything, but some people are very sensitive to sound. :) **

It is private, safe, and quiet, and offers access to all of the shared outdoor space of Hudson Bend Ranch. Front porch with swing and large back porch with patio furniture. Front looks out to large open fields with regular deer, rabbit and turkey sighting. Because of our area, we have limited Wi-Fi.
