It's very convenient to go to and from Bucknell University campus (a short drive or walk) or Evangelical Community Hospital (a short and simple drive). At the same time, it's the perfect distance away from those thoroughfares, so you'll have the peace and quiet you need to thoroughly rest and replenish your energy. It's also a short walk from downtown restaurants, shops, bars, and the Campus Theatre.
