Cottage is 660 SF, 2 bedroom. One room has a queen bed. Second bedroom is a bunk bed best suited for children. The common space has a day bed with a second pull up trundle bed. Access to the owners dock and use of Kayak and paddle board when a waiver is signed. 15 Minutes to the Ark and 1 Hour to the Creation Museum & Cincinnati. Cottage attached to owners house by an outdoor breezeway and has it's own large deck and lake access. No Dishwasher or Washer/Dryer ID verify at checkin

This small, 1 room, new tiny house called “The Lite House” is decorated shabby chic and located in a beautiful wooded setting facing a cove at a marina with views of the water on the Ohio River. Catch beautiful sunrises here. There are shared places on the property guests can use while staying, a covered shelter with grills, supplies, tables, chairs, fire pit, side walks. Our guests will have access to the entire side of the duplex which includes 2 bedrooms upstairs in addition to the full bath. This is a duplex home, which I just moved out of and I’m turned it into a Second Airbnb. There is a Airbnb on the second floor, which is totally separate from the first floor. You will share the main entrance door with the Airbnb on the second floor. I’m still adding details. If you don’t have a picture on your profile, you will need to send it upon request. Just for safety. There is a camera in the hallway upon entering the front door.
