Unwind in this beautifully appointed carriage house on our horse farm high above the Champlain Valley. Centrally located to a dozen ski areas, New England's best biking & hiking and only minutes from spectacular Lake Champlain. After enjoying the area's activities, come home and relax by the fire, soak in the jacuzzi tub or have a glass of wine on the terrace watching the horses play in the pasture. 20 min. from Burlington's great restaurants on Church Street and the Waterfront boardwalk.

Waterbury Center Guest Bedroom - 244 Howard

The guestroom room has a separate entrance located off a covered, back porch with a small table and chairs for summer use. There is adjustable heat and cool air from the wall mounted air-source, heat pump. The little kitchen alcove is convenient for coffee or tea or a light meal (toaster oven, single induction “hot” plate, water heater) We live in a historic building. Our neighborhood is very close to Rte 100. Waterbury village and Stowe are nearby too with skiing, hiking and biking.

This is a cozy basement apartment with a private entrance and deck. Gorgeous forest views and access. Less than 4 miles to markets and restaurants. This peaceful spot rests beneath Camels Hump between Burlington and Stowe in the largest section of the VAST trail system with THE BEST mountain biking and hiking. New hot tub! Cold plunge! Wifi and WiFi calling! Pet friendly! Fire pit! Trails! You will need an ALL-WHEEL DRIVE vehicle in the WINTER and spring during MUD SEASON.

We still have a king bed, a queen bed, and the two twins that make up the Dream Sofa in the living room. Pets are still welcome! We have new stuff for kids too! We’re right near the beach and bike path!
