Enjoy your stay in Alaska in this clean, cozy, peaceful apartment! You'll have your own private entrance and full bathroom, along with an in-unit washer and dryer, and a kitchenette perfect for whipping up something tasty before your adventures. Fire Lake Guest Suite

This space is a small, clean, beautiful studio, with private entrance, restroom, and kitchen right on Fire Lake. The suite offers a stunning lake view right from your window! The unit is attached to main house. However it is completely separate and on the other side of a garage. We are located just outside Anchorage on Fire Lake with lake access and year round activities including boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, fishing, ice skating, snow shoeing, and cross country skiing.

Ron’s Knik Glacier Views is a brand-new private guest suite with spectacular views of the Knik Glacier and River. Includes 120-acres of Alaskan wilderness with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room, sleeps 6. The accommodations include a walk out, wrap-around balcony. The 1250 sqft suite is the entire 2nd floor of my home. It is accessed by its own staircase and balcony. A 3-mile hiking trail takes you to 5500 ft. Newer custom 860 square foot ground level apartment attached to a 2500 square foot shop. Shop noise will be minimized during your stay. The apartment is a 10 minute drive from downtown Palmer, 25 minutes from Hatcher Pass and a beautiful 45 minute drive from north Anchorage (60 minutes from the airport). The apartment is a great base location to explore Alaska with easy driving to hiking, fishing and local tourist attractions. Alaska state fairgrounds are a quick 15 minute drive away.

Simple Suite in the Valley

In-law suite built in 2021, attached to garage/shop. 15 minute drive to Palmer or Wasilla and a short distance to the beauty of Hatcher Pass, only an hour outside of Anchorage. The suite has a private entrance, full bath, queen bed, TV, and wifi. The kitchenette has a small fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, hot plate, and basic tableware. This is a great base location to explore Alaska with easy driving to hiking, fishing and local tourist attractions.

Cozy 1-Bedroom Private Mother-in-law Apartment

Relax in this private 1-bedroom downstairs mother-in-law apartment nestled at the base of Mount Baldy, in walking distance of downtown Eagle River, and a 15 minute drive from Downtown Anchorage. We have everything you need for your trip to Alaska. Be forewarned, you will most likely meet our Doodle (Nala) during your stay, it is a kid friendly household, and an old house with baseboard radiant heat. The house stays nice and warm, but during the winter the whole place crackles.
