Approximately 6’3” A reminder, please: kitchens are provided for convenience. Follow kitchen cleaning rules 150 sf deck with spectacular views of the lake. Lots of hummingbirds, wild turkeys, deer, squirrels etc. IMPORTANT: local bookings, please message reason for your stay. Have had issues with parties, etc.. Nature Lovers’ and Birders’ Red Bluff River Haven

A unique river retreat for relaxing and viewing wildlife. We are minutes from extensive trails and about an hour from Lassen Park. Our house has fragile and antique components and is not suited for pets, groups or children. If you are ok with quirky, imperfect, au natural and "wild" (possibility of snakes and spiders) we have your place! With windows along most of the east side, you will almost always have a view of the Sacramento River. This is not a cookie cutter house—please read listing.

Cheerful New Cottage Style Family Mountain Getaway

Centrally located in the rebuilding town of Paradise. Every home on our street was lost in the 2018 Camp Fire. We are the fourth home to be rebuilt on the street. There is new hope for this small mountain community. Decorated in a cozy cottage look with comfortable beds and everything you need in our stocked kitchen. Excellent internet and a smart TV . There is an outdoor table for and gas grill. Our local marina, Line Saddle, has boat, paddle board and kayak rentals for a day on the lake.

Orchard Cottage w/ Level 2 EV Charger

This cottage was completely remodeled in 2020. It sits on the back of our property and backs up to an orchard. The property is over an acre. It is quiet and peaceful. You will find fruit trees, grapes, a garden and chickens. The chickens roam the property during the day. You may hear a rooster in the AM. There is a covered patio and fire pit to enjoy the evenings in Chico. If you like to cook outdoors there is a gas BBQ & pellet grill/smoker. It is 1.8 miles from Chico State and Downtown.

Historic Home in Downtown for a Couple or Group

In the heart of historic downtown Oroville, Judge Gray's home (est. 1875), offers four suites (each w/ private bathroom and shower), kitchen, dining room, parlor, office & laundry. A couple or group of eight can enjoy the house while exploring the beauty and history of Butte County. Located 2 blocks from downtown’s unique restaurants, shops and the Feather River. One suite per guest (two guests maximum per suite.) Unbooked suites will be locked to keep the cleaning fee affordable.
