Lakeview Cottage A (No cleaning fee)

If you’re interested in looking for multiple nights (4+) message me and I’ll make you an offer (Kitchen area) has low ceiling. Approximately 6’3” A reminder, please: kitchens are provided for convenience. Follow kitchen cleaning rules 150 sf deck with spectacular views of the lake. Lots of hummingbirds, wild turkeys, deer, squirrels etc. IMPORTANT: local bookings, please message reason for your stay. Have had issues with parties, etc.. I reserve right to cancel questionable local bookings.

Oak Hill Cottage: WiFi, Views

This peaceful cottage sits on an oak dotted hill overlooking the lake and offers sweeping panoramic views from almost every room in the house. It would make a great homebase for adventures fishing, boating, hiking, winetasting, etc. Travel less than one minute by car (5 on foot), & you'll find a park, a public beach, & a free boat launch. Or, you can stay home & cook a meal in its deluxe kitchen. King size beds in both bedrooms. Restaurants, coffee, & shopping within easy walking distance.

Our rustic wood cabin is nestled among pine trees in the little village of Cobb Mountain, close to Harbin hot springs, Clear Lake, and just north of Napa valley wine country. Enjoy being surrounded by forest while you relax in the hammock or bbq on the deck. Step back in time in the vaulted wood rooms, warm fireplace, modern amenities including A/C and comfy bedding. A short walk to the swimming pool, little stream, general store and cafe. A perfect romantic getaway, or for the whole family!

Mourning Dove Studio, a zen like (UPSTAIRS) room. Sleeps up to (2) adults, (no children), king bed, coffee, tea, oatmeal, bottled water (no ice). Clean bathroom w/towels. Only 1.5 miles from I-5, perfect for travelers wanting a safe place to rest. Hosts on site. We are unable to host any service animals/animals, due to allergies and serious health conditions. In the heart of historic downtown Oroville, Judge Gray's home (est. 1875), offers four suites (each w/ private bathroom and shower), kitchen, dining room, parlor, office & laundry. A couple or group of eight can enjoy the house while exploring the beauty and history of Butte County. Located 2 blocks from downtown’s unique restaurants, shops and the Feather River. One suite per guest (two guests maximum per suite.) Unbooked suites will be locked to keep the cleaning fee affordable.

Studio Cottage on Saffron Farm

Our open plan cottage studio has lovely views of our walnut orchard, historic barn and fields. Enjoy sunset over the neighboring vineyards from your private deck. We are a mile down the road from a lovely State park, that is if you ever want to leave our tranquil little farm. Also nearby are wineries, hiking trails up a dormant volcano, and California's largest and oldest lake. Our farm is featured in the September 2022 issue of Sunset magazine. Check it out!

This Lovely 2/1 home is minutes from the I-5 freeway located in Corning CA. Come stay for a night or extended period of time. Dog friendly too! Enjoy the many things Corning has to offer-Rolling Hills Casino, Sacramento River for fishing, only 6 min away! This place offers 2 comfy queen size beds, kitchen, dining table and a spacious living room with a very comfy couch to relax on. This is a non smoking/drug home. There will be a fine of $500 if violated.

Orchard Cottage w/ Level 2 EV Charger Available

This cottage was completely remodeled in 2020. It sits on the back of our property and backs up to an orchard. The property is over an acre. It is quiet and peaceful. You will find fruit trees, grapes, a garden and chickens. The chickens roam the property during the day. There is a covered patio and fire pit to enjoy the evenings in Chico. If you like to cook outdoors there is a gas BBQ & pellet grill/smoker. It is 1.8 miles from Chico State and Downtown.
