I love hosting guests on my property and the reviews say it all! Studio apartment with king size bed, very peaceful area yet 8 blocks to all the action on Tybrisa Street & Pier, 3 blocks to the grocery store, back river and fishing peir for perfect sunsets! 4 blocks to the beach! This is an attached apartment but completely private. Enjoy your private patio with umbrella, sun or shade are abundant! 420 (outside only) & LGBTQ friendly!! There is no need for a car! It is 12-15 minutes drive to Downtown ( Use Uber to take advantage of downtown Savannah's open container laws) and 10 minutes to the beach at Tybee Island.
