Island Retreat: Quiet and convenient.

This beautiful studio is in a private house on one of Savannah's barrier Islands. It is 12-15 minutes drive to Downtown ( Use Uber to take advantage of downtown Savannah's open container laws) and 10 minutes to the beach at Tybee Island. The room has a small private bath with shower with rain head, a full closet, coffee maker and fridge, vanity table. Mark, co-host, is a retired local guide who can provide information if needed. 1 King bed guest suite with private bath. Separate living area. Approximately 500 sq ft. The kitchenette has mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Large property with multiple units. This is a private unit with private entrance and HVAC controls. There is a full flight of stairs leading to the balcony entrance. The balcony is shared with the adjacent unit. Please note there is adjacent unit and you may hear noises from the guests next door. For this reason we do not allow children.

Our place is located on beautiful Wilmington Island, half way from Downtown and Tybee Island a GREAT LOCATION. The views are amazing marsh, creek, and Johnny Mercer Bridge. We are very close to local restaurants, arts culture, parks. Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with children bring or rent your equipment P&P, gates ECT). Owners lives on site apt. attached. This is a cottage/bungalow the ceilings are a little lower than normal.

Tybee’s North Beach Oasis (Newly Remodeled)

Come relax, soak up some sun, swim in the pool, and just get away from the hustle and bustle. We are at the North end of Tybee close to the lighthouse and some awesome restaurants like North Beach Grill and Hucapoos. Our home is furnished with everything you could want. Including a crockpot and a blender. The condo has a pool that is open year-round but is not heated. We have tennis courts and pickle ball, so bring your racquets. Relax on our porch and watch the sunset.

Come stay in our cute little loft in the streetcar district of Savannah! We are just off Bull Street and close to one of SCAD's many beautiful buildings which are dotted throughout Savannah. This is a beautiful bustling area with a variety of bars, restaurants and coffee shops in the surrounding streets! On top of that, Forsyth Park is less than 10 minutes walk! No children under 12 or pets allowed in our property.
