A renovated 1880’s farmhouse with all the modern amenities yet keeping the charm. It is between Lake Placid (5 miles) and Saranac Lake (4.5 miles) in North Elba’s tiny hamlet of Ray Brook. This beautiful adirondack home is located within 1 mile from Whiteface Mountain ski center, around the corner form the Ausable River, within minutes from several Adirondack High Peaks & Olympic venues and 9 miles from Lake Placid. This is a cozy, traditional mountain home with modern amenities, a fully appointed kitchen & a breathtaking view of Whiteface Mountain from balcony. All linens & towels are provided as well. NO PETS. No smoking anywhere in or on property. 6 persons maximum.

My wife and I reside in the back portion of the house with a separate entrance and separate parking.

Picture windows offer fantastic views of Lake Flower, the Adirondacks and the downtown. The house is a short walk to town and restaurants. For holiday events, it’s a great location to watch firework displays. King bed, patio with grill, outdoor fireplace and sunsets.

ADKBaseCamp, 4 miles from Whiteface with HOT TUB

The ADKBaseCamp mountain house rests on nine acres of beautiful wildflower fields and Adirondack woodland. It has a spacious kitchen and living area, four bedrooms, and two and a half baths, and can accommodate larger friend and family groups. BaseCamp is only a couple of miles from Whiteface Mountain , our winter and summer playground. Come experience the wilderness at this secluded mountain property.
