This apartment is a twin to our 'Pilot Lounge' airbnb located across the hall. Two adults can sleep in a dedicated bedroom on a queen bed while your third guest sleeps on a twin roll-away bed. The kitchen is equipped for basic cooking with a fridge, Keurig, oven, microwave and toaster plus tableware. There's a 42" TV paired with an apple TV loaded with multiple apps. Alexa provides info and light control. Two window a/c keep the place cool. Free parking is available in the adjacent public lot.

There is a locked door and hallway between the apartment and the remainder of the house, where the owner lives. It is our goal to provide a clean and comfy place for you to stay!

Centrally located, this 2nd floor apartment is close to offices downtown, many nearby attractions, and main traffic arteries like I-75 and US 35. If you plan to stay in, Wi-Fi throughout the unit and a desk area in the bedroom can help you catch up on work. On the other hand, the 55" Smart TV, Blu-Ray player, books, movies and games are available if you'd rather relax.

This is the upstairs unit of a two unit apartment, you may hear noise transfer from the downstairs unit.

NO Kitchen, but has a mini refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot with coffee, tea, sugar and purified water. - Additional 3% Village of Yellow Springs lodging tax due upon reservation.

This basement apartment is fully furnished for your stay, with all bedding and towels and washcloths provided. The apartment is only about 1/2 mile from Cedarville University. It is a basement with a low ceiling, but it is nicely furnished and very comfortable. Guests will need to descend and ascend one flight of stairs.
