You will have easy access to the pond and river. Seeing elk and bald eagle are common, especially during fall and winter. Please read all listing information and photos to make sure this is the right fit for you. The hosts live on the property, but your privacy is priority. Higher clearance vehicles are suggested.

This tiny 200sqft cottage is on a 1200 acre ranch in the Arbuckle Mountains. The rock bottom creek, just 100 ft from the cottage, can be heard from the deck most of the year. There are trails through the woods, along the creek and to the top of a mountain. Enjoy the hot tub or campfire under the stars, play croquet, frisbee golf or other games in the nearby field. Guests staying enjoy shared access to the pond and interact with our friendly donkeys. Relax on the deck or in the hot tub, and/or enjoy a bonfire under the stars. Several attractions are within a 30/40 minute drive.This is great place for a family or friends Starlink internet, local channels and Roku TV setup. Pet Fee required for up to two dogs under 50 pounds.

It is 9 miles to Madill and 13 to Ardmore, both of which have grocery stores and WalMarts although most of the restaurants are to be found in Ardmore. Stop on the way in and pick up your provisions, there is a full size fridge/freezer.

The wandering house

Settled in a brand new neighborhood. Large fenced back yard with a screened in back porch that includes a reclining sofa and a tv. Ethernet ports in every room. 4k streaming wifi. The game room has a reclining love seat with two 55 inch TVs along with every game.775 books spread around the living room. Beds incline . Master bed is a king sleep number . Living room has sectional with recliners and a chaise that can sleep 3. There’s also a spare 4 inch mattress topper perfect for kids to sleep.
