Quiet apart from a cow or two, heaps of bird life And occasional koala. Tea, coffee and continental breakfast included (bread, muffins,jams, choice of cereals)- Gluten Free on request. A fire during winter. Tank water only- short showers please No cooking facilities except for BBQ. (toaster&microwave)
