Character Home in the heart of lloydminster. It's got two bedrooms with King beds and a spa like bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room is spacious. There's a basement unit in the home which is occupied but you have full, private access to your unit. There's no backyard access but there's a front yard. There is no driveway access but street parking is free. The home has older original flooring and trim which dating back to the early 1900s. We charge a $400 fine for smoking.

Newly refurnished with retro decor, this bedroom suite has a queen bed, double size pull out sofa, couch, tv, and mini fridge! This is the place for you if you love cats, and some vintage charm. There is a dedicated half bath just down the hall! The shared spaces include a full bath, laundry, and kitchen, which are located upstairs. We have a back deck and large backyard you are more than welcome to enjoy as well! My husband, myself, and our 4 cats warmly welcome you into our home!
