Welcome to our warm and inviting historic farm home. Enjoy a quaint and cozy stay with easy access to Athens, UGA, Madison, Monroe, and Watkinsville. You will enjoy the entire second floor. The space offers two bedrooms with a queen bed in each, a third room with a double bed that can be used as a bedroom or common room, and a full bathroom with an antique claw foot tub and shower. There's no access to the downstairs. You can also relax on the front porch or back deck overlooking 9 wooded acres.

Enjoy your own private basement suite with everything you need for a comfortable stay — at a price that won’t break the bank! This space includes a private entrance, small fenced outdoor area, bedroom with full-size bed, desk, living room, bathroom, and kitchenette equipped with a Keurig, microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, hot/cold water dispenser, and disposable plates + cutlery.
