Beautiful log guest home in Norwich, VT available for Dartmouth events or other local happenings features 1 bedroom (queen), loft (queen & futon) on second floor & 1 bathroom on first floor. Can sleep 6. Completely detached from main home. Located minutes from town in a private wooded property. Cozy up to the indoor fireplace or explore the local area. Many trails close by. Excellent location only 10 minutes to Dartmouth or 5 minutes to King Arthur Flour. Close to Quechee and Woodstock.

This place is a dream. Please enjoy the outdoors and everything this amazing place has to offer. The pool will be reopened around May 2025 (weather dependent. It is a heated pool and salt water. Pool rules: absolutely no diving. No children under the age of 18 should be near or in the pool area without supervision under any circumstances. NO glassware by the pool. If there is an incident with glass near the pool area please tell our property manager immediately. If you need anything ask!

River House Apartment - Dog friendly

Entire downstairs of a house with one double bed. There is nice bathroom with shower. There is a microwave, coffee, massage chair, outdoor grill and picnic table. Internet and cable provided with fire stick for the TV. Fire pit and hot tub are shared by other guests. Up to three and all size dogs or pets are allowed and welcome. The three acres has a lovely place for them to run and has been sprayed for ticks and mosquitos. Please note: key replacement $30 if lost or taken

The Yurt In The Woods is 30 ft in diameter - 700 spacious sq. ft. It's surrounded by trees and has a yard. 2 night stays required for Weekends. October 6th and 12th are currently vacant if you want a fall foliage trip. There is a "one" night stay fee of $50 Allowed 2 dogs with the agreement to my animal policy & $50 fee WiFi 1,000 megabits per second a fiber network Outdoor Gas Grill , Outdoor Fire Circle, and Outdoor Shower available May - October
