Woodsmoke Arts Studio: Boho country retreat

Relax and unwind in this artist-run bohemian retreat. Tucked away in the village of Preston, surrounded by orchards, you'll enjoy a peaceful 'get-away' yet be in easy reach of local amenities and Kent's stunning coastline. The studio is blissfully quiet, set back from the cottage with its own entrance under a vine-covered pergola, with access to a large garden. Your host is happy to interact as much or as little as you like, and will gladly share the best experiences the area has to offer.

The Studio beside The Barn Sweech Farm

Why not enjoy this historic place in a picturesque setting. The Studio is a 500-year old grain store, now converted into a studio annex. Situated at Sweech Farm in Broad Oak, The Studio is completely self-contained with a key safe for self-check in. It has a King-size bed, sofa, 32 inch tv with Netflix, hairdryer, small Kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee and tea making facilities, a breakfast area and en-suite shower room. There is a designated parking space, behind electric gates.

Built circa 1800, refurbished circa 2014, The Old Potting Shed is a cosy, self contained detached ensuite annexe. Situated in our a garden, in a village location, approx 15 mins from Canterbury & Dover, the Kent coast and close to the medieval Cinque Port of Sandwich. We are proud Superhosts and aim to ensure guests have a great experience and comfortable stay. Unfortunately our accommodation is not suitable for children or pets. We look forward to welcoming you however long your stay!

The Old Wash House - built 1775

The Old Wash House is set in the heart of the village of Littlebourne. There is on street parking if you're driving and a frequent bus service which runs into Canterbury and Sandwich every 30 minutes from right outside the property if you're not! You are a 5 minute drive from Canterbury with its rich history, art and culture, great shopping and restaurants and dining. The coast is just a 20 minute drive away too. The Old Wash House is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers.

Little Roses Guest House and private garden

A newly refurbished, quiet, self-contained guest house and private garden space. The house contains a kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer, oven, hobs, dining and living area. Separate bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite toilet and shower room. Excellent WiFi and TV plus DVD’s are included. The apartment forms part of a new village development next to fields and is now finally on Maps. The nearest park and ride to the historic cathedral city of Canterbury is exactly seven miles away. There are many other places of interest within a short distance, such as Sandwich and Deal. The East Kent countryside is breathtaking.
