Main floor has fully stocked kitchen including 4 appliances, Livingroom has leather sofa and Smart TV with Wifi, bedroom with double bed. Full finished basement has 4pce bath, laundry, desk and kids play area. Fully fenced yard and parking in rear. Kid & pet friendly.

The entire main floor is yours. In one of the best neighborhoods in Canada. Walking distance to some of the best restaurants and pubs in Winnipeg. A block from a grocery store and a few from downtown. Fireplace is only decorative. Cable TV and Wi-Fi. I live on the second and the third floor. The house is over 100 years old. There are four doors to the suite. Two outside doors, 1 to basement and 1 to the upstairs, which only I have access to. The windows are not operable.
