Make yourself at home in this quaint 3bd/2ba home, just 4 miles from Winnsboro and 35 miles from 1-20 @ Garrett Road. The house has 2 bathrooms, one with a tub/shower and one with a step in stand up shower. Hardwood flooring throughout with the exception of the bathrooms. High efficiency washer/dryer and 5 cup Keurig Coffee Maker with coffee pods, creamer and sugar supplied. Completely renovated with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Granny’s Little House

You’ll find all the comforts of home at Granny’s little house. A full kitchen to prepare meals if you choose and a comfy couch to relax and read a book or sit back and watch tv. The a/c is nice and cold and the queen size bed very comfortable. A roomy bathroom to take a shower or long bath. Easily accessible and just 2 minutes off of the interstate. Landry’s Vinyard, Antique Ally, Duck Commander Tour and several restaurants and shopping are just 5-15 minutes away. A Kurig with coffee & tea.

Peaceful Getaway

Peaceful Getaway in the country, 15 min from Winnsboro. Right off main hwy, 3 minutes to grocery store, 20 minutes to Walmart. In between Monroe, LA & Natchez, MS - both cities one hour away. Great to visit them & come back to a tranquil setting away from the city noise. 20 minutes from fishing! Apartment is attached to our home. It has private entrance. There is WI-FI and Smart TV, no cable. We provide kitchen so you can make your own breakfast. Guests can remain completely secluded or visit!

Savage Lane

Our father built this house beginning in 1981. It is located on our 40-acre farm, in front of my sister's cottage, about 100 yards from the house I share with our nephew, which was originally built by our grandparents in 1939. It is quiet, remote and peaceful. It is about seven miles to the nearest grocery stores and restaurants in Bastrop, and one mile to a Dollar General in Collinston. There is wifi in the house, as well as a Roku TV.
