Fern Cottage is on rear of our property with private entrance as well as its own outdoor spaces which include seating, fire pit and lots of shade, front entrance has porch with swing. It is fully furnished There is an under counter fridge in the kitchen and full size fridge located outside your bedroom door in garage. Off street parking provided. NO smoking unit. No exceptions. No more than 2 pets allowed NO AGGRESSIVE PETS. There is a $25 pet fee please be courteous and pay when reserving

Crockett's escape treehouse is an amazing lodging experience with a 180- degree view of beautiful Greers Ferry Lake. The private woodland retreat for two adults features a two-person jacuzzi hot tub that allows you to look over the entire lake. The treehouse has a full kitchenette with a stove top oven, microwave, dining area, Fireplace with a 65-inch smart TV. The L shape sectional couch with chaise turns into a sleeper. Entire King Suite • Private Lake Balboa Guesthouse

The guest house is separate from the main house and has it’s own parking and access. Keyless entry means no lost keys (code provided prior to arrival). Guests are welcome to use the dock for swimming, relaxing, or fishing. A covered patio with gas grill is also available to guests. NOTE FOR FEBRUARY 2026: our lake has been temporarily lowered so swimming, kayaking, fishing will not be available from our dock.
