Enjoy a cozy stay at this tiny house located on a working ranch. Sleeps up to 7 people, full kitchen and bath, laundry, and private patio. With scenic views and many horses to pet, you can enjoy a relaxing retreat while being a short drive to many fun, historical and beautiful sites. We are: *5 min from historic Winters, *20 min away from the UC Davis campus, *20 min from the Sacramento international airport *1 hr. from Napa and an easy day trip to the Bay Area, Tahoe, and Bodega Bay.

Our separate, private one-bedroom guesthouse is located in the back of our redwood tree-filled backyard. This is an animal-free property due to monthly guests, friends & family with severe allergies. No exceptions. No Emotional Support Animals.

A large covered breezeway separates you from main house, no shared walls, private entry w/ door code. Attention to detail was made to ensure our guests a comfortable & stylish stay. Comfy Queen bed, toiletries, stocked kitchen & private patio. Napa, S.F., Sac, Winters all at your fingertips. Dog allowed w/ permission & $65 pet fee.

Vineyard stay on Great Bear Vineyards, homestead

A rustic homestead, built in 1860, set in a beautiful vineyard and farm. A very simple dwelling, with old and antique furnishings. It does have electric lights and a small bathroom with a shower, but that is about the last modernization this old homestead has seen in the last 160 years. If you are looking for a quiet get-away with no kitchen and no TV, where you can listen to the birds sing and squirrels play on the roof, then this is the place for you.

There is a flat screen TV in the living area and complimentary fast Wi-Fi. We have soft water too.
