Die Ferienhaushälfte befindet sich in ruhiger Lage. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich grosszügige Aufenthaltsräume mit einer Terrasse nach Osten. Bitte beachtet, dass das Haus nur vegetarisch benutzt werden kann. Im 1. Stock befinden sich 3 Schlafzimmer, wobei ein Schlafzimmer ein Durchgangszimmer für das dahinterliegende Schlafzimmer ist. Das Holzhaus ist gemütlich mit Holzmöbeln eingerichtet und verfügt über alles, was es für einen schönen Aufenthalt braucht. Spiele für alle Alter vorhanden.

Charmantes und gemütliches Landhäuschen

Wir sind Rosa und Dieter und vermieten ein kleines, gemütliches Ferienhaus, 50m² mit drei separaten Zimmern. Das Haus wurde 1800 erbaut und ist der ältere Teil eines Doppelhauses. Die Räume sind gemütliche 1.85 bis 2.05 m hoch. Dusche und WC sind 1.8m² gross, klein! Die Küche verfügt über 4 Kochfelder und darunter einen Backofen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Siegershausen und in Berg 2 -3 km entfernt. Der Bodensee und Konstanz sind in 10 -15 Minuten erreichbar, auch mit öV.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem alten Bauernhaus von 1850. Hallau liegt ländlich an der Deutschen Grenze zwischen Schwarzwald und Bodensee. Es fahren öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, ein Auto ist jedoch von Vorteil. In zwei Gehminuten können Busstation, Lebensmittelladen, Bäcker und Bank erreicht werden. Wir sind kinderfreundlich und Nichtraucher. Ich betreibe eine Entenzucht. Die Enten befinden sich in einem der zwei Gärten.

My Airbnb is near forests in the middle of the village at the countryside. But still really near the next big citys - Frauenfeld and Winterthur. Easy traveling with bus & train, station near 100m of the airbnb. With a 10 to 20 minutes walk, you are at the next "Weiher" (ponder, sea). A pleasant stay for couples, solo adventures, business trips and families (with children).
