Base Camp 49

Base Camp 49 is a purpose built micro resort of four two-bedroom nightly rental homes, sleeping up to 6 guests each. Located on the ski trails in the heart of Mazama and the bank of the Methow River. All cabins enjoy covered patios, propane fire pits, and stunning views. Each casita is tastefully furnished with modern décor making the perfect place to relax and build memories. The individual units are named after the nearby mountains: Goat Peak, Sandy Butte, Flagg Mountain and Lucky Jim Bluff.

Walk to the Methow Valley Community Trail along the river and suspension bridge or choose the best trails for you within a short drive. The property features a long driveway set back in the woods for a private feel. 2 bedroom, 2 full bath cabin features an open floor plan with high ceilings and home entertainment system. Plowed flat roads make for easy access in winter. Close to the Methow Valley and North Cascade Trails - 3.5 miles from the Mazama store and 11 miles to downtown Winthrop.

Cozy and comfortable Studio w/ private entrance & 500' river front in Carlton, WA. Queen bed, WIFI, Dish Network TV, Toaster, Microwave, Coffee Pot, Keurig, Full size Refrigerator/Freezer. Sorry, no cooking inside, there's a Blackstone Propane Griddle on the deck with cookware. Walk in shower with glass doors. Private deck with seating, propane fire pit (usable winter only), hot tub. Enjoy the yard, hammock, pick fresh fruit (in season), follow the path to the river and fish (in season)

Minutes to Mazama and 10 mins to Winthrop. EV charger J1772 You will be surrounded by hundreds of miles of XC trails, biking, hiking trails, beautiful lakes and rivers. Easy flat winter access. Our cabin was build in 2018 with traditional cabin feel done in a modern way. Gourmet kitchen, 3 bd, 2 bath, large open common area, dining room, open loft with TV, and foosball table. AC. Dog friendly with approval but pets do require extra cleaning, we ask for a pet fee of $80 per Dog.

Camp Howard, built in 2018, was designed to blend modern luxury into the expansive nature of Nason Ridge. The home sits 2000 feet above sea level, perched on top of 5 acres of ponderosa forest in the foothills of Cashmere mountain. The rarities of the Pacific Northwest are a short drive away: Alpine skiing 25 minutes to the west at Stevens Pass, Bavarian treats 20 minutes south in Leavenworth, and recreation at Lake Wenatchee just moments north. Cascade Cabin is nestled in a beautiful forested community located between Mazama and Winthrop. Our cabin features a modern chef's kitchen, spacious open living and dining area, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. High speed Wifi is available for remote work, or just unplug and enjoy all the valley has to offer. Incredible XC ski and mountain bike trails, epic hiking, rock climbing and more surround us in the Methow Valley. 5 minutes to Mazama Store; 12 minutes to Winthrop.

This light-filled home is the perfect escape. Artemisia is within walking distance of the cafes, restaurants, and shopping of Winthrop but feels miles away.
