Base Camp 49

Base Camp 49 is a purpose built micro resort of four two-bedroom nightly rental homes, sleeping up to 6 guests each. Located on the ski trails in the heart of Mazama and the bank of the Methow River. All cabins enjoy covered patios, propane fire pits, and stunning views. Each casita is tastefully furnished with modern décor making the perfect place to relax and build memories. The individual units are named after the nearby mountains: Goat Peak, Sandy Butte, Flagg Mountain and Lucky Jim Bluff.

Sorry, no cooking inside, there's a Blackstone Propane Griddle on the deck with cookware. Walk in shower with glass doors. Private deck with seating, propane fire pit (usable winter only), hot tub. Cute cabin on a 100 acre lake. Enjoy swimming to the floating dock and kayaking, canoeing, paddle boards(4 kayaks 1 canoe 2 paddle boards)hiking in spring/summer. There is public hunting Areas nearby. The area is popular for fishing(Conconully state park is about 10 Miles away, as well as many other lakes) the swimming is AMAZING! Plenty of sunshine. Cabin is on 20 acres, owners live on adjacent 44 acres. Lots of privacy for guests and the hosts. No cleaning fee or chore list.

Happy Place

Happy Place is state of mind on the edge of Lake Chelan. Private and isolated. It is a studio set up with a king size bed, sitting area, and table. The large deck wraps around for complete views up and down the lake. Watch the Lady of the Lake go by on it's 55 mile daily trip to Stehekin. Across the lake is the wooded and mountainous view of Slide Ridge. Happy Place is towards the end of the road on the north shore of Manson. Wilderness area extends the rest of the up lake.

Okanogan River Guest House in Tonasket

Welcome to our newly renovated and enlarged 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage in Tonasket with a full size pullout couch bed in the living room and a queen size bed in the bedroom. It is a 5 minute walk into town and the property is surrounded by orchards and the Okanogan River, and our 1 acre includes chickens in a fenced pasture, as well as 2 small dogs and a cat. You will hear rural sounds of farmers, some highway noise, and the peace of nature on the river. No pets please.

This property is located on Salmon Creek in the historic town of Conconully Washington! There are 2 lakes within walking distance for fishing or swimming. There is also a grocery store, and 2 restaurants/bars. Plenty of fishing available on both lakes. If you need a fishing pole, just let us know. There are amazing mountains to explore and many nearby towns to visit. Our little town is full of deer for your viewing pleasure. We have a wonderful state park as well.
