2200 sq. ft. lower level, walk out to the WI River! Licensed Tourist Short-term Rental with Portage County. Just 5 min. from Stevens Point. Enjoy the patio, walks, or kayak to explore the river! You'll see nature's beauty with occasional deer, geese, swans or bald eagles. Sunrises & sunsets are the best! We live on the main level and will welcome our guests (when we are here). We are also available to help with any incidentals during your stay if asked. You'll love it as much as we do!

Blissful Retreat w/A trail behind, 2 bathroom & AC

-A nice single family house for a whole family, couples, senior people, remote workers, business travelers, etc. -It is very beautifully decorated with lots of decors, especially Japanese style. -A very nice walking trail is right behind it allowing you to easily walk to the Wisconsin River with a scenic view! -A gas station (it is also a grocery store) is only 0.3 miles away. You can walk there in 6 minutes. -The Wisconsin Rapids Municipal Zoo is only 0.4 miles away. Again, an easy walk.

Welcome to the Lake Wazeecha Loft! This cozy space is above our spare garage and shares a property with our home—though you’ll have full privacy during your stay. The loft includes a mini fridge, microwave, and sink, but does not have a full kitchen. NEW: Central A/C NEW: Paver walking path NEW: Fresh coat of paint! We’re just steps from Lake Wazeecha, with a 4-mile trail and sandy beach just a 1-minute walk around the block. It's a quiet and safe neighborhood—perfect for unwinding!

This is a bi-level home that has been newly remodeled with new carpet and appliances. Located on the Wisconsin river, across from the Nekoosa boat launch and two miles from town. Parking is available on the property for your car and boat trailer.

This property is centrally located to many golf courses; Bullseye Golf Club, Sentry, Sand Valley, Arrowhead, Ridges, Tri-City golf course. While staying at the property you can experience the many sights and sounds of the Nature Conservancy in your backyard.
