The Happy House

Make yourself at home in this quaint 3bd/2ba home, just 4 miles from Winnsboro and 35 miles from 1-20 @ Garrett Road. The house has 2 bathrooms, one with a tub/shower and one with a step in stand up shower. Hardwood flooring throughout with the exception of the bathrooms. High efficiency washer/dryer and 5 cup Keurig Coffee Maker with coffee pods, creamer and sugar supplied. Completely renovated with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. We’re excited to share our waterfront paradise on Boeuf River for a weekend or extended stays. Loaded w amenities = relaxation, fishing, grilling +beautiful porch & dock views. Our camp sleeps 7 comfortably: BR#1 sleeps two. BR#2 sleeps 4 in a full bed + twin with twin trundle. Family room has a sectional for extra sleep space & an optional queen sz air mattress, smart tv+WiFi. Fishing/Hunting Camp, Lake Front (Nothing Fancy)

We host family, friends, hunters, fisherman, constructions crews, etc. We try to accommodate everyone. We are directly on the Bushley Bayou. You can look out the back door and see the water. We offer free access to our boat ramp. Guest always compliment the big pavilion built over the camp. It offers plenty of covered parking and a place to hang out. If you're looking to stay an extended time message us for best deal. The camp is fully stocked. We love our not so fancy fishing and hunting camp.

Peaceful Getaway

Peaceful Getaway in the country, 15 min from Winnsboro. Right off main hwy, 3 minutes to grocery store, 20 minutes to Walmart. In between Monroe, LA & Natchez, MS - both cities one hour away. Great to visit them & come back to a tranquil setting away from the city noise. 20 minutes from fishing! Apartment is attached to our home. It has private entrance. There is WI-FI and Smart TV, no cable. We provide kitchen so you can make your own breakfast. Guests can remain completely secluded or visit!

⚠️ Located close to a busy road. I provide sound machines and a fan. But if you’re a really light sleeper you might want to bring earplugs.⚠️ Enjoy a stylish experience at our cottage! This little house has lots of country charm with some glam in the mix. We’re centrally located in Columbia. We have a Barber shop in the parking lot. There’s restaurants right across the street. 10 minutes down the road is a golf course. 3 miles up the road is the river with scenic walking trails.

Peaceful and charming little cabin. Only minutes from Winnsboro. Huge yard that’s great for the kids. This open floor plan cabin is great for couples or little families. It sleeps four comfortably with one queen size bed and hide a bed sofa. James’ cabin has everything that you need including kitchenette, WIFI a Roku TV. This place also has covered parking.
