You will enjoy easy access to everything from this historic home. Town is 0.4 miles away. Hang out on the deck overlooking Wolfeboro Bay. Enjoy a swim whenever you want. And there are spring, fall, and winter activities in the area! You will have use of a private beach, a raft, canoe, kayaks, and beach toys (but no dock). Hiking and ski trails are within a short walk or drive. Great gathering place - our family has enjoyed many special events here and you will too! Includes a two car garage.

Tucked into Fernald's basin, adjacent to Lake Wentworth in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire, this is a true retreat. Perfect for a family or a small group to get together and enjoy all that Wolfeboro has to offer. This newly refurbished, oversized 1 bdrm aptmt (unti 1), 1 bath, on the first floor with a 10x20 covered porch overlooking Smith River, cornered by a ten-mile, mentally therapeutic recreation trail used for walking, bicycling, X-country skiing, snowmachining. Large parking area. Smith River runs into Lake Winni which is located 150 yards from the front door of this unit (no immediate beach access). A parking permit is available for public beach. There is a futon for 2 additional guests.

This was my personal unit for a couple of years. It's fully equipped with a brand new bathroom lrg. tile shower, full kitchen, 55" UHD TV, Hi-Speed Internet, new Split System AC is comfy & quiet & a lrg. sectional couch that'll sleep-2 very comfortably. Lake living at its finest.
