Gleichzeitig sind Sie nur ca. 600 m zum weißen Ostseestrand, der schönen Promenade und dem bekannten Wahrzeichen Usedoms, der Seebrücke, entfernt. Die zahlreichen Einkaufs-möglichkeiten, Boutiquen, Restaurants und Touristeninformationen erreichen Sie bequem zu Fuß.Die Fewo ist 35m² gross mit Wohn-Essbereich, Schlafzimmer,Duschbad und einer schönen Terrasse mit Loungemöbel und Sonne bis in den Abensstunden.

This is a beautiful, 175qm large luxury holiday house-built in 2016 on a 900 sqm large, fenced plot. It's located on WOLIN island (Western Polish Baltic coast),10km east from Miedzyzdroje. You can find here an absolute tranquility.The house is located 50m from Wolin National Park (a great forest) and 1,2km through this forest to the beach. The beach itself: wide, wide, long, white sandy beach. In the house: a fire place+ sauna and 5 bed rooms (4 x double bed + 1 room with 2 bunk beds for kids)
