This beautifully located home features several mature pines in a quiet neighborhood within the Quitman city limits. The house is situated on the lot to make pulling your boat through or parking it a breeze. This older, yet comfortable home, comes with all you need for a relaxing stay. Wifi is available throughout the house. You will have a fully-functional kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, 3 different lounging areas, washer/dryer/ironing board and iron. Each room is fully stocked with linens.

The cabin features a fire pit, propane grill, upper/lower back porches, outdoor fireplace, lighted sidewalk to boathouse, granite c-tops, SS appliances, beverage bar w/additional fridge, and carport. Dogs allowed w/host approval & add'l payment.

This is an rv/camper site on a concrete slab with complete 50amp electric hookup as well as water and sewer. Covered area next to spot. 300 yards from Lake Winnsboro boat ramp on private home site. Propane and charcoal grill both available for use. Large area away from county road for kids to play. Four kayaks available for use with site rental. This site is generously located a short drive to 10 different lakes: Quitman Lake 11 miles Lake Fork 14 miles Lake Cypress 18 miles

The property is secluded. Walk down the long driveway to the oak tree with a swing. View the cattle from the fences.

You can sit by a fire outdoors and feel free and private and safe and hear the crickets and bullfrog. There's nothing but love, peace and joy here. There's room for social distancing and I covid clean and I am vaccinated.
