We've built memories that will last a lifetime at this special place and now we're excited to open it to you and your family to add your own laughs & new adventures.

Snakes (venomous, like cottonmouth and copperhead), spider, scorpions and wasps are very common and seen *** Setting over 8 acres right on the bank of Lake Fork is this quiet secluded retreat with protected cove, boat ramp and dock, fishing pier & over 800 feet of shoreline. Kayak (2 provided) on calm private bay, fish/stargaze on the docks, or swing under the shade. House features open concept living room/kitchen, high vaulted ceiling, balcony. high speed internet.

Avery's Escape

Enjoy a peaceful, uncluttered escape from a fast-paced life in this sweet little 100-year-old home. It's just a stone's throw from the quaint downtown area, and within walking distance of good food, fun shopping, historic locations, and the Amtrak. If fishing and water is what you enjoy, there are several large lakes just a short drive away. The nearby towns offer even more historic sites, antique shops, and unique boutiques. For nature lovers, the Mineola Nature Preserve is only minutes away.

Tall Pines Retreat

This beautifully located home features several mature pines in a quiet neighborhood within the Quitman city limits. The house is situated on the lot to make pulling your boat through or parking it a breeze. This older, yet comfortable home, comes with all you need for a relaxing stay. Wifi is available throughout the house. You will have a fully-functional kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, 3 different lounging areas, washer/dryer/ironing board and iron. Each room is fully stocked with linens.

Cozy Lake Fork Cabin (covered dock/private ramp)

Waterfront! This rustic-upscale cabin has breathtaking views. Three heavenly acres are tucked in an expansive cove of Lake Fork. Open concept LR/DR/kitchen. Private boat ramp, boat lift & fish-cleaning station on a gorgeous, covered, open-air dock. The cabin features a fire pit, propane grill, upper/lower back porches, outdoor fireplace, lighted sidewalk to boathouse, granite c-tops, SS appliances, beverage bar w/additional fridge, and carport. Dogs allowed w/host approval & add'l payment.

Waterfront Lake Fork-Entire Home

BRAND NEW 3 bedroom-2 bath WATERFRONT home on Lake Fork! This home offers a beautiful waterfront view. 2 Miles to Caney Point Boat Ramp and Pavilion. Guests may access the lake from the pier; boat access is 3 miles. Blackstone grill, fully stocked kitchen with Keurig, full size coffee pot, gas range, washer-dryer, fireplace, outdoor fire pit, covered deck with pergolas. Boat dock, swim area, and fishing pier! Licensed service animals only-no pets. Non smoking and non vaping property.

Magnolia Pines Main House

Magnolia Pines is an industrial farmhouse styled home located inside the quiet, gated, retirement community of Holly Lake Ranch. We are here often so our home has everything you need to relax or adventure non-stop. The main house sleeps 6 in 2 bedrooms. We have a separate Bunkhouse located above the garage that can be added to your stay. Just ask! We are 1 minute from the lake, pickleball courts, pool, hiking trails, mini golf, playground, and frisbee golf!

Auntie Anna’s Serving Up Cinnamon Rolls

Auntie Anna’s Retreat will make and serve our guest Homemade Cinnamon Rolls 3 mornings a week! At 8 am on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays a hot pan of cinnamon rolls will be brought to your door! Auntie Anna’s is set on 34 acres near our personal home. Guests are encouraged to enjoy the slow pace and simple pleasures of living in the country. We love Auntie Anna’s for its large backyard with fire pit, grill and sitting area and more.

Cozy lake view retreat- Mineola

Welcome to our relaxing private Lake House getaway. Enjoy the beautiful views of the private lake while you sip your morning coffee. Real retreat is a 4 bedroom house just a short drive from Dallas and boasts a beautifully restored 1900s downtown with plenty to see and do !! 🎣 fishing is catch and release for guests - only the owners of the home can keep the fish . You may only fish on the dock and you must stay on our property.
