It overlooks a 3-acre pond on 5 acres in a safe and beautiful rural subdivision. With all the amenities you need, including fast wi-fi, it’s a great place to stay if you are visiting OU, attending music festivals or hiking at Hocking Hills, or if you are looking for an inspirational writer’s/artist’s retreat. The Farmhouse on S. 5th (Family-Business-Hunters)

The Farmhouse at 169 South 5th, is located in historic McConnelsville, Ohio. Located just two blocks from downtown, & just across from the Cornerstone South church, & overlooking the Muskingum River. This Farmhouse was completely restored to its current charm in the spring of 2017. You will find it fully furnished, & ready for a pleasant "home away from home"! McConnelsville is known for its rich history, & is home to the famous Twin City Opera House, among many other interesting landmarks.

Property is tucked between Wayne National Forest and Strouds Run State Park. Minutes from Athens, OH and Ohio University. Close to the Hocking Hills, Historic Nelsonville, Covered Bridge Scenic Byway, lakes & state parks. Scatter Ridge is 1 1/2 hours from John Glenn Columbus International Airport.

Sweet Peace Cabin

Sweet Peace Cabin is within walking distance of Lavendar Ranch (look up online) and an easy 20-minute drive from Ohio University in the quintessential college town of Athens. The cabin is also close to Pomeroy, located on the scenic Ohio River, and two local wineries. Use it as a hub to discover the area, or as a get-away to find the peace you crave in your hectic life. It is perfect for couples, small families, and well-behaved dogs who want to run free in the very large fully fenced yard.

3 Bedrooms - 5 Beds - Gym

Nice place to sleep 3 to 8 people when you come to town or you have guests from out of town visiting and need some extra room. We have plenty of parking, we can accommodate, boats and trailers. The parking lot has cameras for extra security. Apartment is on the 2nd floor with stair access only. We have a private gym only used by a few people on the first floor, so there will be some noise during the day. The gym is included and can be reserved just for you if those hours are available.

The Ohio University Convocation Center is hiking distance, as is the University and downtown Athens. FREE WIFI and FREE parking for up to 4 cars. McDonalds, and other fast food is very close by, as is a hardware store. The house is on the Athens transit route and we have Uber and Lyft. The house is a historic Sears kit house built in 1939 and recently extensively remodeled. We have a full kitchen and a washer and dryer for for your use only.

Cole Coffman Garden

Great and quiet home in beautiful Marietta, within a 10-minute drive to the historical downtown of Marietta. Great for family vacations and visitors, we have everything ready, just enjoy your time in Marietta. In a 5-minute drive, you can get to Lookout Point, where you can have an amazing panoramic view of Marietta, Lookout Park has a basketball and tennis court, and also a playground for kids. All bedrooms are with queen-sized beds.

River Rock Cottage, Marietta, OH

Our homey cottage will comfortably accommodate 7 guests. (Please look at all photos to see bedroom set up and explanation.) The twin bedroom is a middle pass-through room that allows access to the upstairs bath from the other bedrooms. We are located on a tree lined street and 1 block away from the Historic Harmar District & Marietta, Ohio. We are Within walking distance of trails, restaurants & touring, antiquing & boutiquing.
