Slipper Rock Cabin

Called “Slipper Rock” in memory of Bessie Lakes, an elderly lady that lived on farm many years ago. She could be heard laughing while playing in the stream that runs by the cabin. She called the stream “Slipper Rock”. The newly built cabin sits on 15 acres. Numerous hiking trails & horseback riding trails. Some trails in Daniel Boone National Forest. Bring your own horses. Relax sitting on porch, by fire pit or on rocks by stream. Nothing prettier than the night sky. Hope to see you all soon.

Retreat to the Colibri Cabin, nestled in the secluded "Cove" of Woods Creek Lake, perfect for a romantic getaway or a peaceful break for couples. Enjoy fishing, kayaking, and boating, or explore nearby London, KY, with charming Main Street and great local restaurants. Cumberland Falls is a breathtaking 45-minute drive away. Relax in the main cabin, soak in the 2-person hot tub (if available) ,or take a romantic stroll through the wooded trails. Decks, trails, and boathouse access are included.

The Cabin on Panther Branch

Drive down Kentucky scenic highway 89 South just 9 miles south of McKee. The cabin is newly built and set back in a secluded area with a small creek running right beside the cabin and a larger creek just across the road. The Cabin on Panther Branch is a perfect place to come fish and kayak on the creek. Bring your ATV’s, side by side or dirt bikes and enjoy miles and miles of riding in S-Tree Tower in the Daniel Boone National Forest. We don’t think you will be disappointed with your stay.

The two door "saddlebag" cabin is surrounded by the Daniel Boone National Forest and near McKee, a Kentucky Trailtown. Nestled in a small valley, our quaint cabin is the perfect mountain getaway. Built in 1894, by the Lakes family, it has a romantic, rustic and nostalgic feel. If you are a history buff, interested in Appalachian culture, or just want a charming, outdoorsy and secluded getaway, this cabin is for you. If you enjoy off road ATV and UTV riding, we are located about 20 minutes from Wildcat Off Road Park. If hiking is your hobby, we are about a 1 hour drive to Red River Gorge and Natural Bridge.
