Enjoy this secluded two bedroom rustic cabin on over an acre on the banks of French Creek. Spend your day fishing and kayaking (bring your own or borrow ours), and your evening around the campfire or the wood stove. Relax on the covered porch - complete with a comfy daybed. The cabin is completely renovated with an eclectic, artistic touch. Most of the artwork is also available for purchase. Close proximity to golf, hunting, hiking, disc golf, and breweries. Well behaved pets are welcome too.

The Little House on Sanford

Our guest house is next door to our home and farm. A one-story, 2 bedroom with a newly remodeled bathroom and cottage style amenities is simple but includes some more modern touches for entertainment a comfort. Trails through the field and woods are available during the Summer and hunting off-season. Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times when outdoors. This area gets a significant amount of snow during the Winter but is right off the highway and a straightforward drive to Lake Erie.

Our pet-friendly cottage is close to Edinboro University, Allegheny College, Meadville, public golf courses, Lake Erie, French Creek, just off historic PA route 6. You’ll love my place because of 3+ acres to enjoy with walking trails, an outdoor fire pit in a quite, country setting with air conditioning in the living room. This private upstairs one bedroom apartment with queen size bed in an older building is 600 square feet of living space. The futon in the living room makes up into a full size bed. It is in a quite north end of Meadville neighborhood has a separate entrance and separate one car garage parking space. My house is off of Interstate Hwy 79 between Interstates 90 and 80, 40 minutes south of Erie, PA and 90 minutes north of Pittsburgh. It is 4 blocks downhill from Allegheny College.
