Edgewood Cottage at Lac la Nonne

Accommodations for the family at this peaceful cottage. This cottage is within easy walking distance of the lake, public boat launch, dock and picnic area with firepit (Klondike Park). Lac La Nonne is a popular fishing destination in the winter as well as summer, offering pike, perch, and walleye. Many types of waterfowl make this area home. A great lake for boating, canoeing, and kayaking with lots of shoreline and features. 20 min drive to Barrhead. 40 mins to Westlock, or Onoway.

Please note there is no beach on our shore.

Wake up, take a dip in the lake, go paddle boarding, watch the wildlife all around you. Eagles, pelicans, cranes, blue herons, beavers, 5 species of fish jumping just outside of your bedroom window, you may even see a moose walking along the beach. This 4 season guest house accommodates stays for ice fishing, hunting, bachelor/bachelorette parties, family holidays, and much more. Our beautiful lake front yard will accommodate up to 50 people for a wedding or family reunion.

Simply Glamping - The Star

The STAR!! Accommodates 5 guests. Enjoy the stunning views of your private setting as you stay in this Special Dome. Features a Queen sized bed, and a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and single on top. There is Power and a Mini Fridge available in the covered kitchen. Outdoor toilets are available at each site, and our shower rooms are close by, open 4 to 7 PM for your convenience. Playground and trails are so close. Come and experience glamorous camping!

Idle Hours Lake House

Welcome to your next group vacation destination. This home is set up for large group gatherings, with 6 bedrooms and one and a half acres to roam. The unobstructed view of the lake is stunning on the upstairs deck or from the walk-out basement or hot tub! This Lakefront home has had recent upgrades. Bring all the water toys and enjoy this location during summer. Or cozy up by the fireplace and enjoy the hot tub on a cold winters day. Just an hour from Edmonton.

We invite you to stay at our cabin near the lake, Lac La Nonne. With Klondike park next door, a boat launch down the way and a convenience store up the road all located in a quiet community, great for relaxing and enjoying the great outdoors. *No beach access, we are not on the water front* If you want beaches they are options nearby. The cabin is a cozy spot with a deck and outdoor fire pit. You will get the whole place to yourself.

The Richwood

Experience a rustic-modern escape at Lakeview Lodge. This cabin features air conditioning, heat, TV, coffee maker, and a full private washroom for ultimate comfort. Outside, enjoy your own fire pit with cozy Kuma chairs and peaceful surroundings. Simply Glamping - Whispering Aspens-a

Designed for up to 4. Children welcome. This private spot in nature with 2 Queen beds and an outdoor kitchen complete with a BBQ with side burner. Pots, pans and BBQ utensils provided. Fire pit with seating, private porta potty, hammocks and easy access to shower, (restricted hours) playground and groomed trails. Thunderlake Park for water sports only 2.5 min drive. Accommodates up to 4 minimum 2 nights booking

Lakeview Lodge @ Peanut Lake

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Truly relax and enjoy the lodge and outdoors. Offering a unique and cozy stay for a group of up to 10 people (double occupancy). The lodge provides 4 bedrooms with 2 washrooms, full use of Kitchen, BBQ, Covered Deck, Fire pit and Hot Tub. Host stays on site in the lodge and or the Cabins. (Staff are on site / in lodge).
