Make some memories in our quaint town and stay at our unique family-friendly home with a private indoor heated salt water pool & hottub in the basement. The pool room has a TV, air hockey table, Foosball and basketball game. The fourth bedroom doubles as a board and Video games room/gym and there is a hockey training center on the garage. The fenced backyard has a deck, propane BBQ and seating area, movie screen & projector, trampoline and fire pit (firewood provided). Fun for the whole family!

Cozy up inside by the wood stove, play some of the many games provided, or kick your feet up & catch up on your favourite shows as satellite & wifi are accessible. Get outdoors to wonder the fields and go for long forest walks along the many trails, or sit around the fire pit roasting hot dogs and marshmallows! We renovated this 1940s brick house and kept it simple and warm. The whole place is yours, both floors, the fenced yard and the covered patio. Most people end up out back. Coffee under the patio roof in the morning, the fire pit going in the evening. The Iron Horse Trail is at our back fence: fifteen minutes into downtown Kitchener without touching a road. Tennis across the street, LRT and bus a short walk. Sleeps five. Fast wifi, a real desk, laundry, parking for two. Dogs welcome.
