Upscale Neighborhood Sleeps 6 Pool/Tennis

A trundle bed can be provided upon request. A charge of $25 will be added for the use of the trundle bed. The apartment has carpet except for the kitchen and bathroom. Normal wear and soil will come into the apartment. Cleats and muddy shoes should be removed at the front door. If the carpet is unusually dirty and carpet has to be professionally clean, you will be billed $100 for the cleaning. There’s a vacuum to avoid extra charges. BBQ Grill NOT Available

Private Studio in 100yr old Grocery/Hotel

This historic building, walking distance to the Marietta Square, dates back to the early 1900s and has been a grocery store, mechanic, and one-room hotel. You'll be staying in the former one-room hotel in a renovated mini-suite. One pup under 25lbs is allowed with a $30 pet fee. Please see the House Rules section for more information. Unfortunately, due to the size of the space, we must be restrictive on size and quantity of dogs. 🐾
