“La Casita” is a private waterfront home near Umass medical! Modern 1-2 bedroom home with a Master Bedroom on the second floor and a multi use room that can be used as a 2nd bedroom with a full size futon. There is a 3 season porch with a dining nook which leads out to a big outdoor deck. There are multiple ceiling fans and water toys for renters use. No pets or smokers. This is a quiet, family oriented neighborhood with another home on the lot with small children so calm renters only please.

Spring flowers popping up, summer water fun, beautiful fall foliage and winter ice-skating, just to name a few. Start the day with a warm cup of coffee watching the sun rise over the trees. Welcome to the Lake! Located in peaceful Dudley MA, right off major highways (Pike / 395) you will find this retreat easily accessible and remote at the same time. My wife and I were fortunate to spend summers at the lake with our family so we decided to buy and fix this cottage up to give our kids that same beautiful experience. While called a pond, Pierpont Meadow is over a mile long and wide enough for motorized boats and safe enough to share with canoes, kayaks and sailboats.
