Our houseboat is a unique experience Nestled in the heart of the city centre at Liverpool Marina Yacht Club . Excellent public transport options at your doorstep and a wealth of bars, restaurants, shops and attractions nearby. The quiet, cosy, clean, modern and furnished apartment is the best place to stay with a complete package of all your necessities at the doorstep of the bustling and vibrant Liverpool 1. There is no parking facility with this building, but we recommend parking facilities as detailed in "Other details to note."

Welcome to our bright and spacious, one-bedroom city centre apartment, perfectly located in Liverpool’s Cultural Quarter. Although situated in the heart of the city, our home is in a quiet residential block, and its proximity to the business district makes it a great choice for those on work travel. We have a very strict no party rule, and noise must be kept to a minimum between 11pm and 8am.
