Llys Onnen - North Wales Holiday Cottage

Llys Onnen is located near the village of Graianrhyd in North Wales. The cottage is set within 3 acres of land & is home to our Chickens. Visitors are welcome to help themselves to fresh eggs every day as well as let their dog(s) play in the large 2-acre field! The nearest pub is the Rose & Crown, just a 10 min walk away & serves wonderful real ales and has a roaring fire! There's a selection of basket meals at weekends. There’s ample parking including an electric vehicle (EV) charging point.

Countryside cottage -approx 10min from Wrexham. Ideally situated to explore North Wales -2 National Trust Properties on doorstep (Chirk Castle & Erddig Hall) The small town of Llangollen and UNESCO World Heritage Site, Potcysyllte Aqueduct only 20min by car. From this cottage you can relax and explore the North Wales Coast and Snowdonia, as well as take the opportunity to visit Liverpool and Manchester. More locally is a Farm Shop and The Plassey with boutique shops and a 9 hole golf course.

Situated a stone's throw from one of the most picturesque racecourses in the country, The Nook is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day spent exploring. The towns amenities are a 2 minute walk away. The lounge is cosy with a log burner for winter evenings, and the bedroom the perfect haven. Summer evenings will be perfect in the garden relaxing around the fire pit.

Our cottage is just outside the pretty village of Malpas; a handy gateway for exploring Chester, Shrewsbury, North Shropshire and North Wales. Ideally positioned for events at Bolesworth Castle (15 mins) and Cholmondeley Castle (15 mins). Or for the quieter time, beautiful country walks and cycle rides can be started from the front door.
