The cabin offers plenty of indoor & outdoor accommodations, from setting up your hammocks under the enormous oak trees, to roasting smores around the stone fire pit at sunset, to enjoying breakfast in a fully screened wrap around porch. It is nestled on a 1/2 acre fenced lot perfect for families and pets to explore. *5% tourism tax will be added to your booking, pet fee is $125, security cameras on property.

Well furnished private one bedroom cottage with sunroom, patio, and carport. Full kitchen with bar counter. Has washer/dryer! There's a fenced yard with small deck, perfect for dog owners. The home is situated under shady oak trees with access to waterfront on Santa Rosa Sound. You can enjoy playing with the pooch, swimming, boating, kayaking, fishing, and viewing beautiful sunsets. It's a perfect location for visits to Hurlburt AFB, or vacationers seeking easy access to Ft. Walton and Navarre.

Decorated with art from Madagascar, where the owner Yolande is from, and where Yolande's husband Clint worked for 24 years. Clint is a native of Ft Walton Beach and a Vietnam Combat Veteran. No pets allowed (even visitors' pets). NO CAMERAS HAVE BEEN INSTALLED ANYWHERE INSIDE THE HOUSE.

Mae's Cottage is a peaceful little bay house located right off of Interstate 10 in Milton (< 1 mile) and is within steps to the beautiful Blackwater River and Bay. It is approximately 100 yards from water access where you can enjoy fishing, boating, kayaking or just watching the sun set. There is a public boat launch so bring your boat/jet skis/kayaks and fishing gear and head out to the beautiful waters of Blackwater Bay. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful little bungalow.

It was originally built in 1960 as a camping cabin, it came in a box as a do it yourself kit! There are a few left around town - really unique and private space! Located just 5-10 minutes from the Okaloosa Island beaches and everything downtown Fort Walton Beach has to offer and just 15 minutes to Destin. (all depending on traffic!)
