June's Loft is a 900+ sq ft, spacious, clean, bright apartment with a king bed, a full sofa sleeper, and a full-size couch. There is a small desk, 55"TV, kitchen & bath amenities, washer & dryer. Guests have a private outdoor patio (shared use of a fire pit and gas grill). Our home and attached Loft apartment are located in a quiet neighborhood near downtown Pullman. Guests may walk, bus, or drive to the WSU campus. The hosts are usually available to make your stay pleasant and comfortable.

Board & Batten Cottage

Cottage is conveniently located near U of Idaho & New Saint Andrews College, just a short walk to downtown. Private parking off alley w/ adjacent sec cameras. Cottage is filled with light with large windows. Includes an outdoor seating area with gas fire pit. Separate bedroom with additional sleeping space in living room. Plenty of restaurants in town but the Cottage has a full kitchen. Perfect for those looking for a quiet place to stay near the center of things. No smoking or pets.

Cougar Hideaway

Tucked behind the main house at the back of the property, this cozy and serene apartment has a separate entrance, off-street parking, covered patio, efficient kitchen, living area, comfortable bedroom (queen memory foam bed) and full bath. Newly remodeled daylight basement apartment in vintage Sunnyside Hill home. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and bars. Located on major bus route to WSU. Decor features fine art from proprietor's collection. The kitchen is fully stocked with full size appliances and rollaway dishwasher.
