King size Industrial Studio with patio close to UW

Once an old garage, this unique space shows off the brick exterior walls and the old heat system and all of its metal piping. Brand new kitchen, equipped with an oven, fridge and dishwasher. Fully stocked. The bed is a king size memory foam mattress on a bed frame made from old beams from a dairy barn. The exclusive patio space is just outside the front door, surrounded by a cedar fence and offers comfortable seating and BBQ. A/C is seasonal. Parking is free street parking around the area.

Downtown Studio Apartment

The studio apartment is located in a cement block building that at one time was an Auto Mechanics Shop. It is one block off of Main Street. In close proximity to Catholic College, NOLS, and all downtown restaurants and bars. There is one room with one plush queen sized bed, couch (with hideaway bed), television with internet access, Wi-Fi for guest use. The kitchen is separated by a breakfast bar and bar stools. There is a walk-in closet and a bathroom with shower off of the large room.

Come enjoy a peaceful stay in this serene, centrally located Avenues hot spot. Across the street is the darling Central Cafe where you can grab a morning cup and breakfast, or make it right from the fully stocked kitchen. Tea, coffee and hot cocoa provided. Only a block away is Lions Park with a trail around Sloan’s Lake, the new pickleball courts (equipment in closet), and Cheyenne Frontier Days grounds. My place is close to Grand Teton and Yellowstone NP, Big Horn Sheep Center, ancient petroglyphs, lakes, Wind River, hiking trails, horse rentals, museums, art gallery's, shopping and great restaurants. It’s also only thirty minutes or less to fantastic snowmobiling during the winter months! But most of all the panoramic view makes you feel like you are on top of the world. Simply beautiful!

Enjoy a garden level apartment in the lower level of our home, with private entrance and off street parking. Quiet, cozy, clean and comfortable. You are welcome to relax in the back yard with small pond and firepit, shady trees and wildflowers (minus flowers and shade in winter of course). The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Very close to downtown and hospital.

1 Bed/1 bath near downtown

This is a reasonably-sized one bedroom apartment in an 8-plex. The building, as well as most of Rawlins, is outdated and unmanicured; however, the apartment is set up to be very comfortable and is definitely clean! We make it as close to "home" as possible. We do provide wifi and a Roku for streaming; however, we do not provide cable.

ALMA Away

Beautiful, exposed ceilings and roomy spaces create inviting surroundings in this old brothel used as the "The Madam’s Quarters."
