Stay in the heart of downtown in the Lander Art District block! This studio is located on the 2nd floor of one of Lander's original buildings, built in 1886. The building is now the anchor for the Lander Art District. You’ll be within easy walking distance to great local shops, art galleries, cafes, restaurants, and gyms, as well as NOLS and Wyoming Catholic College. Or a quick 20 minute drive to Sinks Canyon State Park and a beautiful 3-hour drive to Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. It is 1.5 miles from the hospital, close to both high schools, about a mile from Casper College, and less than 5 miles from the Ford Wyoming Center. The studio apartment is located in a cement block building that at one time was an Auto Mechanics Shop. It is one block off of Main Street. In close proximity to Catholic College, NOLS, and all downtown restaurants and bars. There is one room with one plush queen sized bed, couch (with hideaway bed), television with internet access, Wi-Fi for guest use. The kitchen is separated by a breakfast bar and bar stools. There is a walk-in closet and a bathroom with shower off of the large room.

Industrial Studio: close to UW & downtown

We are excited to share with you our renovated garage studio apartment. Once an old garage, this unique space shows off the brick exterior walls and the old heat system and all of its metal piping. Fully stocked kitchen with cookware provided. Cozy up by the gas fireplace. The bed is a queen size memory foam mattress. There is a loading zone next to it. Parking for the building is all street parking around the area. Please note that the A/C is seasonal.

It’s also only thirty minutes or less to fantastic snowmobiling during the winter months! But most of all the panoramic view makes you feel like you are on top of the world. Simply beautiful!
