Στο ισόγειο βρίσκεται η πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα μαζί με το σαλόνι και ένα μπάνιο καθώς και το πρώτο υπνοδωμάτιο. Ο άνετος καναπές-κρεβάτι του σαλονιού μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως και 2 άτομα σε 180x200cm. Στον επάνω όροφο, το δεύτερο υπνοδωμάτιο στη σοφίτα βρίσκεται με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο.
