This one-of-a-kind beach house has 100-feet of private black sand. Villa Pesquera is a beautiful beach and fishing area located on the Caribbean Sea in Patillas, PR. This popular location has resturants, kiosks, outdoor beach rentals, fresh fish and a nature reserve you can explore. The rental is for the first entire floor that contains 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, 1/2 outdoor bath, full kitchen, livingroom, gated parking for 1, an amazing backyard with outdoor fireplace, BBQ and private microbrewery. My wife and I live on the 2nd floor with our English Bull dog.

Vacation in the renowned Palmas Del Mar Beach Village resort. This amazing top floor Town home boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and 3 balconies with amazing ocean views of Los Vieques Island. The resort has Golf for a fee , a free kids park nearby bike rentals, and golf carts rentals as well. You can also ride horses at the equestrian center. My apartment easily sleeps 6 guests & is a little slice of heaven! It is literally only a few steps to the beach! The bedroom & living room both have gorgeous views & open up to the porch. The porch has a counter running its entire length where we eat most of our meals listening to the ebb and flow of the tide & watching the waves crash, the pelicans dive for fish, & the iguanas climb the palm trees. At night the moon shines on the water creating a liquid silver effect which is stunning!
