An oceanview outdoor shower, fully decked hot tub, fire pit, lush gardens, & stocked surf shack w/ arcade enrich the wild coast experience.

Welcome to our oceanfront home, just outside Yachats, “Gem of the Oregon coast!” It’s ideal for families or groups up to 6 people, and very pet friendly! Inside is newly remodeled, spacious yet cozy, and boasts panoramic ocean views from the kitchen and living rooms. Backyard is expansive, surrounded by trees, and has dual paths (one wheelchair accessible) to the beach. It even includes outdoor seating, a portable fire pit and hammock! Near quaint Yachats and Florence attractions and trails.

Annandale Cottage near the river and the sea

Modest but charming home located on the Oregon coast in the quaint village of Yachats, a 10 minute walk to the ocean. Near fishing, clamming, tide pools. Marvelous views. Seasonal outdoor heated pool, jacuzzi. Tennis courts, Pickle ball. Walk along the river to the sea. Relax on the deck, or sit on the window seat, read a book and enjoy the fire in the wood stove. The cottage has all modern conveniences: w/d, dishwasher, TV, DVD, WiFi, new heating system. Canoe for use in the river.

Bonsai Beach Cottage - Oceanfront

Just remodeled for a more spacious 400 Square feet , with two gravity recliners and a comfy queen bed and private bathroom and light eating area. We are located on a full half acre. We live in the main house and the studio is in the front of our house, not on ocean side, a View of the ocean can be seen from the kitchen window , there’s a private courtyard that takes you to the ocean. Please do not bring any cooking devices as this is not allowed, A 110 plug is there for EV chargers.

Earthworks Art House

Earthworks Art House is a newly remodeled two bedroom guest house connected with Earthworks Gallery. It is located adjacent to the gallery in a private forested setting. It borders Gerderman rhododendron preserve and is located on an extensive trail system that leads to the ocean, the forest or the center of Yachts a short distance away. We feature an extensive collection of revolving original art from the gallery. This totally new house offers plush and cozy accommodation.

Trail’s End Cottage at the Beach

We warmly invite you to stay at our cozy seaside cottage in one of the most ideal locations along the Yachats oceanfront – just steps away from the northern end of the spectacular 804 Trail where it meets a seven mile stretch of sandy beach. Enjoy the tranquil view of the Pacific Ocean from the comfort of the living room or while relaxing on the oceanside deck, with prevailing ocean winds mitigated by a sheltering grove of spruce trees.

Comfortable 1930's Yachat's cottage located within walking distance to the ocean and art galleries. Back yard backs up to the Botanical Gardens. One mile from downtown area with coffee shop, bakeries, brewery and restaurants. Living area, fireplace, cable TV, original wood floors and a bright and inviting sun room to have your morning coffee and catch a glimpse of the local wildlife. Bob Creek Cabin is a surprisingly modern cabin, just across from the crashing waves of Bob Creek Beach, a beach famous for it's world class agate hunting, tide pools, secret caves and spectacular sunsets. The Cabin is delightfully appointed with comfortable living room seating and cozy beds. Guests will enjoy the Zen of Bob Creek including hotel style robes, heated bidet toilets and an outdoor hot tub!

Beachcomber - Our Jewel By The Sea

This is a spacious, gorgeous beachfront home with amazing views from every window. You walk off the large deck onto the sandy beach. To the west is the Pacific Ocean and to the southeast is Alsea Bay. The home is conveniently located between Florence and Newport a perfect location to experience pure ocean joy! Lovely and fresh this house is super clean and beautifully furnished.

The Ocean Forest Retreat

Tucked into a hillside forest this retreat features ocean, river and mountain views from every room. Ten minute walk to beach, river, coffee shops, restaurants, and supermarket. Far enough from the 101 so all you'll hear is crashing waves and trilling birds. Hiking trail right behind house leads to the famous 804 Trail, the Oregon Coast Trail, Amanda's Trail and Cape Perpetua.

The Carriage House at Dragons Cove

Under a spell of centuries of wind and waves, Cape Perpetua awaits. Here you'll find The Carriage House, an enchanted cottage with views of tiny Dragons Cove, Laughing Gull Island, and the majestic Perpetua headland, highest point on the Oregon coast. It's hard to imagine a more pristine oceanfront setting. Two dozen harbor seals congregate and birth their young on the island.

We love our home, and we know you will too. Seagrass is a perfect place to relax and unwind on a quick getaway or an extended stay. Bring your furry friends, DOGS only- no cats -(up to two), with our approval and a fee of $25 per pooch. Please note that in order to keep our house friendly to non-pet owners alike, we do not allow dogs on furniture.
