It provides a living area, walk-in closet and bathroom. We are located in a quiet neighborhood two miles north of town. You can easily access the University, restaurants, and entertainment options. Mountain adventures await with local hikes and a full array of mountain activities. Our Manual will provide some recommendations.

Our private 1 bed, 1 bath, kitchenette studio is two blocks from the hospital and in one of the quietest neighborhoods in the city. It is only a short drive from the park, pool and plenty of food options. Come stay in a *very* clean, modern and private apartment. Queen bed, couch, coffee pot, toaster oven, microwave and even a stove-top cooking option. WiFi of course, but no Cable. Cozy & comfortable! Extra sleeping mats available if needed for children.

This family-fun packed home is the perfect stay for those looking for their Yakima "home base." It is stocked with all the amenities to make your stay fun and relaxing. Kids can enjoy the sandbox, trampoline, toy kitchen, and board games. Adults can enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, exercise room, outdoor dining area, fire table, Netflix, and more! Pets are welcome, but please follow house rules. We are thrilled to share our home base with you!

Restored 1973 Airstream Land Yacht

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Surrounded in the heart of Washington’s apple orchards. Summers are filled with arm loads of fresh fruit with a wide variety of local fruit farms, hiking, local farm to table restaurants, wineries, and brewery’s. In the colder months we are about a 45minute drive up White Pass for skiing and snowboarding. Exploring Mount Rainer isn’t just for summer adventures. It’s beautiful all year around.

Cascade Valley Homestead

Enjoy a peaceful getaway in our cozy suite or use it as a centrally-located home base for unlimited adventures all over the state! This accessible 600 square foot suite is attached to our home with its own separate private entrance, self check-in via keypad, a small covered patio area and plenty of available parking. Trailer parking also available upon request.

Mountain Wilderness can best be seen from windows, the river is a walk away, RV Parking Fire Pit, Gas Grill, Fireplace, Hiking, Hunting, Fishing nearby, Rimrock/Clear Lake, Elk Feeding, Mt Rainier 30 minutes away.

Robin’s Nest

Keep it simple with this quaint, centrally located home. Robin’s Nest was built in 1930 and has much of it’s original charm with modern updates for comfort. The stairs to the basement TV area and laundry are a bit steep and may be difficult for folks with mobility issues.
