The form, colour and materiality nestles the dwelling sensitively into the deep green bush terrain and a generous courtyard defined by carefully crafted limestone walls which seamlessly connect inside and outside while also providing privacy and shelter. The studio is everything you could imagine for the perfect down south getaway . All the modern appliances to make you feel at home with nice and cozy beds excellent quality linen and specially chosen furniture throughout . A short walk to the beach and bush tracks , local cafes , bar & bistro the general store you can't go wrong. Private residence The managers are close by to help if required , we will leave you with a detailed list of things to do and the ins and outs of the studio and the local area. The home's close proximity to the coast makes it easy to head to the ocean. Spend the day finding fun surfing spots and sunbathing on the beach. Play a round on the local golf course. And tour the breweries and wineries nearby. Literally everything you could desire on your door step. Easy and safe to walk to the beach with access to footpaths and nature walks out the front of the house .

Cape to Grape, Guest Suite offers you 'down-south' ambience and fun in the Yallingup Hills where you have easy access to the surf beaches, wineries, walks and galleries. Whilst sharing the property with the main house, you still have private parking and an entry. Rustic and relaxed, our spacious open-room accommodation is well-equipped with a king-sized bed, living area, bathroom/laundry, cooking area, native garden, carport, WIFI and a smart television. The Bluegum Studio is a modern, homely, industrial designed accommodation with all the features you need for you stay. It’s set in a peaceful, rural property with surrounding of bushland, Blue Gum trees and clearing. You can choose to relax in the quiet, private accommodation or explore the many attractions that the south west has to offer. The surrounding yard is designed to be child friendly with a mini nature play area. As the area around the Studio is fenced, dogs are very welcome too!

Freshwater House

Freshwater house is a brand new house, architecturally designed with holiday rentals in mind. Set in 8 acres of rolling pasture it looks over a valley and the waterfall on Margaret River. The house is perfect for entertaining , with tables inside and outside that can accommodate at least 10 people. Decking to the front, stone terrace at the rear, or a big wood fire in the living room, there are many spaces to relax. 5 mins to the beach, town and vinyards, everything is at your doorstep.

Yallingup Beach Cottage - Malalooka

Literally across the road from pristine Yallingup Beach this unique A-frame cottage with open plan living & huge loft bedroom has a charm and energy that endears itself to everyone. Great for couples, families with young children or just friends. I am sorry, we don't accept Leavers. Please note that all the beds are in the same bedroom! We are open to guests bringing their dog & charge $50 per stay. We reserve the right to refuse pets depending on breed & age. 3 or 4 night min in peak.

The Cabin Margaret River

The Cabin is completely off grid using solar energy and rainwater. Located close to Witchcliffe and 15 min from Margaret River town. The beautiful coastal beaches of Redgate, Contos, Hamelin Bay and Augusta are minutes away. Close to good food, wineries and beaches. Dog Friendly on request!

The Tree House Dunsborough

The Tree House Dunsborough, by Eden Properties WA, comes fully equipped with everything you need for a holiday Down South, including a spacious kitchen, all linen, a bbq area, deck with ocean views and even gear like bikes, surfboards and fishing rods provided upon request. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, it's a leisurely 15-minute stroll to Old Dunsborough's pristine beaches or a 10-minute bike ride to the shops. The only thing you need to do is unwind!
