The Copper Clover Ranch is Conveniently located just 8 miles outside of McMinnville Oregon, directly off Salmon River Hwy, in the heart of wine country. The Bellevue Country Store is 1 mile up the road. You will have a private entrance, with patio facing Bernard Farms in the distance. Layered and soulful, visually rich, my farmhouse guest space is curated and character driven. The vibe is warm, with delicious bed linens, and comfortable beds. I designed it to feel like a home away from home.

Enjoy our little slice of hobby farm heaven nestled among the old-growth forest along Chehalem Creek. You'll experience the beauty of nature, the antics of our goats, chickens, rabbits, geese, ducks, and quail, and the charm of downtown Newberg. Our secluded neighborhood offers the perfect area for walking, running, or bike riding, and the wineries of Dundee are so close! Be warned that we live on the edge of the forest. Owls, deer, raccoons, squirrels, possums, and foxes frequent our yard.

Charming Cuvée Cottage

Welcome! The Cuvée Cottage will be your home away from home. We are located 2 blocks from downtown Carlton in the heart of Yamhill-Carlton AVA. The 1937 cottage was remodeled in 2019. We have kept a lot of its character while making it a cozy and comfortable space to relax in. The home is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay in wine country! Relax in comfortable queen beds in each room with private decks to enjoy the wines you’ve picked up from the day.

Rosemary Place Unit C Excellent Downtown Location!

Location and air conditioning! Rosemary place is a cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath single level home it has a great kitchen, living room and dining areas and full size washer/dryer its part of a triplex and is very private as it’s situated on the end and has dedicated/private driveway with parking for 2 cars. Super easy checkin and unloading your luggage is a breeze because it’s only about 3 steps and you are inside. Iconic Downtown McMinnville is literally 5 minutes walk!

Our loft sits atop our property shop detached from our main home, with its own entrance and private deck. Enjoy the back lawn in any season and the view at any time of the day.
